Location: Mill River Park | 1050 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT. Vendors may drive onto the property from 8am to 10am for set up. By 10:30am, all vehicles (except food trucks) are to be moved to local parking areas. Vendor locations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Electrical Access is Limited. If required, please contact us (info@theculturedpearlfoundation.org) no later than Monday, June 2nd. Each vendor will be allocated an 8-foot space to set up. The Vendor Fee is $100 for Business Vendors. Non-Profit Organizations/Community Groups: FREE but there is a min. $100 contribution (also linked below) to be included on event signage. The fee includes festival website listing, an 8-foot table and a proportionate space for set up. Link to payment is listed below the submit button for this form. Upon receipt of form AND payment, vendors will receive a confirmation of registration email. Onsite restrooms available. There is NO storage facility. This event will be outdoors with a rain date of June 21st, 2025.
